If our specialized team delivers your Vortex V4 and you find any manufacturing defect during the initial inspection, we take the cart back immediately and issue a full refund on the spot. No questions asked, no paperwork delays.
On-Site Inspection & Support
Our commitment doesn't end at delivery. We provide a unique support layer that no one else offers:
1. Specialized Inspection Our team meticulously checks every bolt and battery cell at your location before final handover.
2. The Test Drive You drive the cart on your own streets to ensure it meets your expectations before we leave.
3. 3-Day Local Backup Our team remains in your area for 1 to 3 days. If a minor issue arises, we fix it instantly at your doorstep.
30-Day Peace of Mind
Standard returns are simple. If you change your mind within 30 days:
- The cart must be in its original factory condition (Unused/Unmodified).
- For Inventory Clearance models, since they are sold near wholesale cost, the customer covers the return shipping logistics if it's a simple change of mind.
- If the return is due to a technical fault we couldn't resolve, we cover every penny of the shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
