How We Resolve Issues

Our goal is to get you back on the road fast. Depending on the situation, we will:

Repair: Dispatch technical guidance or local repair support.
Replace: Ship defective parts or components free of charge.
Refund: Issue a full or partial refund if a resolution isn't possible.

Terms & Responsibility

The warranty begins on the date of delivery and is non-transferable. We ship all replacement parts for manufacturing defects free of charge.

Note: Damage caused by accidents, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or human error is not covered under the free warranty, though we remain available for paid parts and support.

Warranty Exclusions

Coverage is only valid for direct purchases. The following are not covered:

Third-party auctions or liquidators.
Carts resold by other individuals or companies.
Used or second-hand vehicles.
